Chief Executive Officer

On March 19, 2025, the Conseil des ministres has renewed Mr. Michel Beaudoin’s mandateThis link open an external website of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec in a new window. as member of the Board of Directors and chief executive officer of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ).

Mr. Beaudoin has been the chief executive officer of the RBQ since January 21, 2018. Before joining the RBQ, Mr. Beaudoin was vice-president, Labour Standards for the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST). He also was vice-president and chief executive officer of the RBQ from 2005 to 2012.

Mr. Beaudoin is a certified corporate director and an accredited mediator in civil, commercial and labor law.
