4.1 Contractor – Masonry structures

This subclass authorizes construction work relating to structural masonry and exterior masonry veneer walls.   

It also authorizes construction work included in subclass 4.2 of Schedule III.   

Finally, it authorizes similar or related construction work.

This subclass includes construction work covered by subclass 4.1.

This subclass authorizes, without exceeding the regulatory framework, construction work relating to:

• masonry work using brick, natural or artificial stone, fire and clay brick, glass, concrete and light aggregate blocks 
• bracing
• masonry heaters
• masonry chimneys
• masonry firewalls
• granite, marble and other claddings of this type  
• the installation of rigid installation in masonry walls and cavities.
