Report your hoursThis subclass authorizes construction work on multifamily buildings held in divided co-ownership and consisting of no more than 4 storeys without taking into account, in calculating these 4 storeys, private spaces used for parking or storage.
It also authorizes construction work governed by subclasses 2.6, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1 and 6.1 of Schedule II when said work relates to a new residential building governed by this subclass.
Note: The mandatory guarantee plan applies solely to buildings that are entirely new.

Work included in the following subclasses can be carried out by a contractor holding a subclass 1.1.2 licence, whether or not said work is listed in the licence, provided it relates to the construction of a new building governed by this subclass:
This contractor is also authorized to carry out work covered by one or several of the aforementioned specialized subclasses when said work is part of a project relating to his subclass (1.1.2).
