Administration

The examination of knowledge in administration is intended for potential contractors, either general or specialized. The examination assesses skills relating to the management of a construction company. 

Any individual who passes the examination can act as administration guarantor for all construction work in all subclasses.

The examination of knowledge in construction site safety management is intended for potential contractors and owner-builders. 

Any individual who passes the examination can act as safety guarantor for all construction work in all subclasses.

Any individual who passes the examination can act as project and site management guarantor for all construction work in all subclasses.

Carrying out of construction work

The examinations in the carrying out of construction work are intended for potential specialized contractors and owner-builders.

There are as many different examinations as there are licence subclasses. Any individual who passes an examination in the carrying out of construction work can act as guarantor for all construction work covered by the subclasses.
