The appropriate form to use when applying for a licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec depends on your situation. 

Companies domiciled in Quebec, and all companies not covered by an interprovincial agreement

Companies domiciled in Ontario that meet the requirements of the interprovincial agreement

Companies domiciled in New Brunswick that meet the requirements of the interprovincial agreement

Companies domiciled in Newfoundland and Labrador that meet the requirements of the interprovincial agreement
