Arbitration is available to beneficiaries (consumers) and contractors who dispute a Guarantee Plan manager’s decision.

SOQUIJ’s role

With the approval of the arbitration bodies, SOQUIJ has a service agreement with the RBQ to:

  • summarize arbitration decisions;
  • summarize subsequent court rulings on these arbitration decisions;
  • index the content of decisions according to a predetermined list of topics;
  • produce an annotated Regulation based on rendered decisions;
  • make available the full text of decisions.
