Fee structure

Professional fees are calculated according to the method set forth in the regulation, and are indexed each year on January 1. According to the Act to limit the indexation of several government tariffs (2022, chapter 29), the indexation is limited to 3% as of January 1, 2023.

Licence

The following documents present situations where rights or fees are payable, whether they are for the issuance, modification or maintenance of a licence or for the purpose of presenting a professional file.

Fees apply to a request for a review of the RBQ’s decision on a claim against the licence security (as required by article 84 of the Building Act). Should the RBQ modify its initial decision in the citizen’s favour, these fees will be refunded.
